Cushman Scott Children's Center is seeking a caring and dedicated Lead Infant/ Toddler Teacher to join our team beginning in late August for the 2025–2026 school year. This position may be part-time or full-time. The ideal candidate will have experience working with toddlers ages 15 months to 2.9 years. Certification by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who: Enjoys being outdoors in all seasons. Is nurturing, patient, and responsive to young children’s needs. Works well collaboratively in a team-teaching environment. Has familiarity with or interest in emergent curriculum, Reggio Emilia, and/or Montessori approaches (a plus). Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
